Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

If you have purchased a pre-order item, you will be contacted with details on estimated delivery dates.

High Roller Energy United States Shipping Rates: High Roller Energy US offers flat rate shipping for $6.00 USD across the USA.

Local delivery

High Roller Energy currently offers complimentary local delivery within Edmonton, Sherwood Park, and St. Albert.

International Shipping

If you have a request outside of Canada or the U.S. please contact marketing@highrollerenergy.com

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery is between 3-9 business days from date of processing. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. High Roller Energy is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

High Roller Energy wants to ensure all customers are satisfied with their orders. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at marketing@highrollerenergy.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
